Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Alejandro Prida Marcos, Calle Aguamiera 4, 33011 Oviedo, Asturias, Spain (Spain). Contact: [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Contact details you send us by email (name, email address, content of your message).
- Technical data that our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operation.
- Advertising and cookie data collected by Google when you see or click its ads (see section 4).
We do not require accounts, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not run our own analytics tools.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis (EU/UK GDPR)
- To reply to your messages: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps you requested before a contract.
- To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest.
- To show advertising and measure it: your consent, given through our cookie consent tool, where the law requires it.
4. Advertising by Google
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can:
- manage personalised ads in Google Ads Settings;
- opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu;
- read how Google uses data in its partner-site policy.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (our hosting provider, Google as our email provider through Gmail, and Google AdSense), and with authorities where the law requires it. Google acts as an independent controller for the advertising data it collects: Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and Google LLC elsewhere.
6. International transfers
Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. They rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer you and for any follow-up, and is then deleted. Cookie lifetimes are described in our Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also request portability. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. You may complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or to the authority in your country.
9. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request information about, and deletion of, their personal information, and may opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. Because advertising cookies are set by Google, use the Google Ads Settings and the cookie consent options described above to opt out. We do not sell personal information for money.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we will delete the information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
